I have constructed many design built homes over the past 15 years and have the ability to obtain lots in many different locations in the area. I work with two different architects in the area and believe that I offer a unique service for my clients that no other builder in this area offers. What is it? With other builders, you may meet with the owner of the building company at the beginning of the design process and a few times during construction, if you are lucky. However, almost all of the oversight during the construction of the home is performed by a jobsite superintendent.

On my homes I do all oversight during the entire construction process, including punch-list items after completion. I can do this because I only take on a limited number of homes per year. There are probably a few builders that are small and do not employ people to oversee there homes, but they do not have the experience or knowledge that I have acquired over the past 30 years.
