The development began in 2004 and is approximately 200 acres in size. It was planned in four phases: Phase I contained 29 lots from 1.36 acres to 3.71 acres. It was completed in 2004. Phase II contained 25 lots from 1.06 acres to 5.15 acres. It was completed in 2005. Phase III contained 35 lots from 1.03 acres to 5.32 acres. It was completed in 2006. Phase IV is scheduled to contain 18 lots from 1.19 to 4.97. There is currently no timeframe to start development for this phase. |

Jeff Dewald Construction, Inc. was formed in January 2001 to construct quality built single family homes. It is owned and operated by Jeff and Sylvia Dewald. We have two children Davis (24) is the Head Golf Pro at The Hills of Cove Golf Course in Copperas Cove, Texas and Riki-Ann (20) is a junior at Texas State University in San Marcos, Texas. We have been married for over 25 years and have lived in Cove for all 25 years. Sylvia is also a school teacher at Cove Junior High. I have worked in all phases of the construction industry for over 30 years and during that time have acquired a unique set of skills that allow me to offer a home building experience like no other. |
